All prices are in GBP sterling.  If you would like a quotation in Euros just let me know.  

Bookings can be paid for in GBP or Euros.
25%  non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your dates.

Winter monthly bookings at discounted rate from 1st November to 31st March each year.  See price list. 

NOTES.

1.     UK TV, Wi-Fi and a generous amount of electricity is included in the rental rate.

2.     Electricity is included up to 70kWh per week, usage over 70kWh will be charged at 0.35cents per kWh.

3.    All towels, including beach towels are included as well as  bed linen, bedside mats, bathmats and kitchen towels.

4.     £50  Damage deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure day if the apartment is left clean and tidy.
